Blac Chyna is being accused of home violence by her ex-boyfriend rapper Twin Hector, who has filed a lawsuit in opposition to her.
Based on authorized paperwork obtained by PEOPLE, Taiyon “Twin” Hector filed swimsuit within the California Superior Courtroom on Monday, September 23, accusing her of home violence, civil assault and battery.
Hector claims Blac Chyna, who goes by her delivery title of Angela White, was steadily violent, particularly when consuming and infrequently threatened his life.
Throughout one outburst, Hector alleges Blac Chyna assaulted him in a “vicious assault” whereas he was sleeping. He claims he awoke to “a number of closed-f##### punches, elbow blows, and knee kicks to his physique and face.”

Hector’s lawsuit states his perception that Chyna “has had violence and anger points ensuing from her abuse of alcohol for a few years, and that the first victims of such violence and abuse are the companions with whom she is in intimate relationships.”
Twin Hector claims he dated Black Cyna between August 2020 and March 2023. Shortly after they started relationship, he moved in along with her and her two kids at her Woodland Hills, California dwelling.
In his swimsuit, Hector additionally particulars different situations of alleged assaults and claims Chyna “usually” threatened to kill him.
Hector claims he has lingering psychological and bodily scars on account of Blac Chyna’s alleged abuse. He allegedly endured a damaged nostril, deep cuts on his face, a scar on his eyelid, whiplash, nerve injury, each day complications and insomnia throughout their relationship, and now suffers from extreme insomnia and PTSD.
In the meantime, Blac Chyna’s mom, Tokyo Toni, hopped on Instagram to say accountability for assaulting Twin Hector.
